大學本科(簡稱“大學”)及以上學歷,學士及以上學位

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor degree, interpersonal and communication skills, and good work ethics. SJTU Physics and Astronomy including the SCCP has a number of non-Chinese faculty members, fulfilling their official duties using English as the working language. In addition, SCCP hosts international visitors and exchange students frequently. Therefor preparation in English language including listening comprehension, speaking, and writing is required.

崗位職責

The administrative assistant to be hired will assist with research activities including the preparation of research proposals and budget, purchase orders, reports, and related items. The assistant will also help organize scientific meetings and assist faculty members in managing their travel and other activities, and perform secretarial duties.

The salary, to be discussed during the in-person interview, will be competitive with similar positions at SJTU and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
